Use our search engine

Searching for assets that are available for sale can be done by using one of three options:
  • Directly on the home screen in a “Google-like search” by inputting any existing term/word – the results are all assets that contain that word. The display can be shown either as a list or as a single asset if only one is available

  • Using the advanced search shown on the left side of the platform where additional parameters can be selected:
    • Country
    • Region
    • Street
    • Value range
    • Legal status

  • Using a live Google map that shows the overview of assets with their Geolocation. Assets are shown as red circles only if the buyer is not registered whereas when the buyer has registered and his account has been activated, the circles contain also the basic asset information
Once you have found what you are looking for, you can send an offer.

Placing an offer

Once you send an offer, the case manager will receive your bid and will respond to you as soon as possible. You will receive a notification of the submitted bid and the reply of the case owner via e-mail. In case of approval, the case owner will send you all the necessary documentation for the termination of the buying process.
